Model Build: Tie fighter initiated!

Hello one and all to the initiation blog for the Tie fighter. The image above was more of a practice with the Boolean tool that I used for shaping the back entry, the front view panel and the top panel. The use of the Boolean tools proved to be a useful tool as it aided me in the production of the top half of the fighter. As the schematics showed, the model had a slightly bulging top. In order for the cap to be created a separate sphere was created and was then cut by a third sphere. That way, the second sphere was converted into the shape seen below. The conversion did not take that long and made the top of the  fighter look more professional.
The Front of the fighter took slightly longer as it was implemented in a slightly more convoluted way. The front panel was made in a similar way to the top, however, the difference arrived when the scaffolding and the panels had to be assembled separately before the final front was glued to the front of the fighter. If the front would have been re-done, a slight reduction in the extra glass panels should act sufficiently.
